Palm Event Center in the Vineyard is a spectacular wedding venue located in Pleasanton, CA, nestled in the heart of wine country. With its gorgeous vineyard views, elegant ballroom, and rustic charm, this venue offers the perfect backdrop for a timeless, sophisticated celebration.

We had the pleasure of decorating a beautiful wedding reception here for Erika and Javier, where we transformed the indoor space into a dreamy, romantic setting that perfectly reflected their vision. The grand ballroom, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, provides a luxurious yet warm atmosphere, ideal for bringing wedding florals to life.

Floral Design Highlights:

For Erika and Javier’s wedding reception, we focused on lush, modern floral arrangements that played off the elegant, sophisticated setting of the Palm Event Center. With a color palette of ivory, blush, and white, accented by lush greenery, we created stunning floral pieces that elevated the reception space.

  • Guest Tables: We opted for a mix of tall and low centerpieces. The tall arrangements, designed with flowing greenery and soft blush florals, added dimension and grandeur to the room, while the low centerpieces provided a warm and intimate feel.

The table itself was adorned with lush florals cascading across the top and flowing to the bottom, paired with candlelight that added a warm, romantic glow, making the setting even more enchanting.
